All donations received before midnight December 31, 2009 will receive a 2009 tax receipt in the mail. All donations processed after that date will receive a 2010 tax receipt. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our office.

Note
When making your donation securely online it is very important to hit the donate button once only and wait
for the authorization receipt to come up on the screen. If you hit the submit button twice or hit stop and
re-submit you run the risk of having your credit card authorized twice for your one donation. The system works
quickly and you will have an authorized receipt on your screen within seconds depending on bandwidth. Once you
have completed the transaction, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provide that
will acknowledge your donation to the R. C. M. Academy Charity, please keep in mind however, this email is not
a tax receipt. Your tax receipt will follow in the mail within 3 to 5 business days. If any problems occur,
