The R. C. M. Academy "The Military Academy of Canada" core values is the guiding principles that influence our attitude to excellence for our students, through opportunities to advancement and academic excellence, they are every aspect of our program. The Core Values reflect the level of education and training of our students, the moral, the Intellectual and the physical. To foster attitude to integrity, selflessness and loyalty which set our students apart from others.
Commitment
Dedication that obligate RCMA to pursue excellence in every endeavour. Displayed collectively in serving the interest of
our young Canadians and our communities; Professionalism and reliability for excellence are the fundamentals of our commitment.
Honour
The character of our strength that enable the RCMA to execute our programs impartially and an appreciation of our
responsibilities as serve, be positive and effective role through leadership of our youths and communities. Honour is
reflected by our high standard of behaviour.
Integrity
It requires honesty, consistency, reliability and sincerity. It involves the strongest adherence to the highest moral values
and quality expected in every members associated with RCMA.
Loyalty
Is reflected in our solemn oath of allegiance to the Crown, the Constitution of Canada and it's duly Constituted Government,
an unwavering devotion to our commitment and duty as honourable members of R. C. M. ACADEMY.
Discipline
Every activity must be driven and governed by discipline, which enforces order, excellence, knowledge and leadership.

Is determination in times of difficulty. It is the tenacity and strength of character to achieve success.

Is to offer students the highest degree of education, given our students the tools and qualify them for all those high
responsibilities that can rest upon a citizen after graduation; by embedding knowledge, wisdom, learning and political
