APPLICATION FORMS


The RCMA accepts applications for the upcoming school year from September 1st to January 1st. A non-refundable application fee of $125 must accompany the application and arrive by January 1st deadline. All applications post marked after January 1st will be considered late applicants and must include a $200 non refundable application fee. Late applications are considered but not guaranteed a seat at RCMA.

All applications received after February 1st will not be considered for the upcoming school year but will be kept on file for the following school year.

Upon receipt of the application, we will contact the parents or guardian to arrange a first interview and tour with each applicant. All applicants must complete an assessment test after their first interview. A second interview will take place with the parents/ guardians and applicant. Accepted applicants will receive an official letter of acceptance after April 15th along with detailed information on tuition fees and a schedule for payment. Upon receipt of the registration fee, applicants will receive their uniform order form and orientation day information.

All students must complete a RCMA continuing student application and pay the non refundable fee to move to the next grade level (fee amount determined before the school year ends).
